Yeah mate. It's definitely a sign that interest is picking up when people are starting to play buy/sell stack games for market pre-open.
You'll see it with all of the top commented stocks for HC. A lot of the times, the orders get taken off right before open, but sometimes they're actually legit and they want to get 1 foot in the door.
