The wording which goes with it is,

If you look at the photo of the processing plant [somewhere in S.E. Queensland] you can see the spiraling thing which is the same as at Granville which is actually a 'Leading edge Alico spiral' commissioned July 2017 for fine tin recovery at Granville. So if they have that, then they also must have a 'Primary jig for coarse tin or cobalt recovery' and be capable of upgrading the cobalt via gravity.
Or in other words the ore from Mt Cobalt can presumably be trucked to this processing plant and be processed to the 'Pre-concentration level'.
"World class testing facilities in S.E. Queensland". So once drilling commences at Mt Cobalt "in coming weeks" the samples can immediately be delivered to this facility for testing and results could be ready in a matter of days.
ANW headquarters are in Brisbane, [S.E. Queensland] so all you have to do is hop in your vehicle, get onto the Bruce highway, head up to Gympie, turn left out to Mt Cobalt, grab the samples and deliver them to the testing facility, all in one day. You'd probably even have enough time for a coffee or lunch at Kilkivan.
