I doubt supply will outstrip demand anytime soon, been watching the DR Congo politics and they just signed the new mining regulations into law. At a huge price to miners, so much so theres legal action talks against the government. As this is where the majority of Cobalt has been sourced, I'm guessing Cobalt will be looked for elsewhere. Still very early days to bring to production. But as you said, "IF" theres a resource that shows its economical. Early grades look good though.
I agree with the gold recovery is top priority to keep the doors open without the need for a further CR , but I strongly feel Crew is the man for the job in brazil to get this back on track sooner rather than later, even with these unfortunate and VERY temporary setbacks. IMO
