Management have realised their user growth is reaching some kind of plateau for TNY and so they will have to make a profit based on the users they've currently got.... pragmatic approach..... and because they have a good product (their App) I can see a lot of the free customers remaining loyal and signing up to Beanstalk.

In time I think their strategy will pay off... but for me I don't like the current execution of the Nasdaq listing.... I know it takes time, but it would be much better if they'd have already got it done. I feel after another final spurt, a major mkt correction (interest rate lead - inflation induced) will be coming sometime in the next ~6months (techs will wear the brunt)..... which might be right around listing time.... so get a wriggle on just to make sure the capital mkts are still happy to put some funding behind the listing.
