I think it needs to be taken into context with current market conditions. The redtri acquisition would have been planned months ago. Sometimes investors get lucky before markets crash, so I wouldn't blame this deal. The company is surely going to adapt to market conditions - the servers and apps can survive and grow without pay checks.
