    This Investor Day needs to be less “dog & pony show”, more actual company performance metrics. We are way beyond the Demo Day style hype. This is a 10 year old public company. TNY has raised upwards of $35MM in funding yet their traction is abysmal across all metrics except ad sales. And even that is years off from where it should be.


    For comparison, Babylist - a US co in the same space & also 10 years old- raised $10MM originally and have been operating profitably for many years, with $54MM in2019 and $130MM in 2020 in ecomm + advertising revenue. And steady organic monthly user growth year over year.


    TNY’s lack of user growth is worrying. There must be 20+ brands that parents use/trust in theUS and many of those are 5-10x the size of TNY. To date, we haven’t seen any indication that TNY has the ability to scale users. In fact, it looks like they lost close to 20% of users per their last release.


    I guess if you don’t have compelling data to share, plan B is lengthy sales pitch on “the future” with "special guests" but it's an insult to shareholders.
