Tinybeans' business model failed - it survived via dilutive capital raisings. Now TNY is changing the model in a way that hasn't delighted its customers - as their wallets are being forced open unless they cease using the platform. Now users are faced with paying $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (beyond the free trial) despite the platform having advertisements on it like Facebook. That's a sad outcome for the users and investors who were hoping the prior business model would be a success.
