Nissassa it will literally come down to that SS, they appear to be trying to fund everything based off that so if the numbers for extractions are impressive ie under$4/lb funding will be very easy between $4-5.5 funding will be moderately difficult and anything above that will be more challenging. Peter obviously thinks this is game changing, I am just hoping he is right. Anyday now we should have the SS and our questions will be answered.
