Has anyone read this in the half year report? According to this, the license expired January 2025 and the Minister can issue a default notice anytime. How come they have not mentioned this in any of their announcements? Sneakily hiding it under the half year report? Forget about FID, they should be commencing construction by now.... pp 7 and 25 of half year report.
