I have to be honest, I'm really surprised we didn't sit around 50c at the close based on execution of a binding JV with Australia's richest person.

One wonders how much of our market cap was attributed to Linderos before the JV agreement. Even with Gina committing to funding the drill campaign at Linderos and paying $3mAu straight off. Yes she can call it quits if she doesn't like what she sees but it's a decent commitment and
standard for a junior JV with a major.
I am optimistic that Linderos value will appreciate as we see promising drill results.
Maybe I'm reading too much into it but a former Titan geologist made this comment on LinkdIn regarding the Linderos project. I guess we will soon see if he's correct but right now, the bulk of our market cap would be assigned to our Dynasty project.



With options likely to be exercised and the cash from Gina, we are unlikely to need a cap raise for the next 12 months and we can concentrate on expanding the JORC Resource at Dynasty which has only been half explored.

I'm not sure how we will track until the next news flow but I'm hopeful that the market is just waiting for the right time to pounce. Maybe that time will be when we partner with another major for a JV. With some positive results at Linderos and some competition for Gina, we could see someone start taking a position.

All speculation but this is the right kind of company for a takeover and our management has a proven track record for being taken over by majors.
