Maybe some are selling to convert their options at 35c, I have seen that happen where the process of selling to convert options drives the share prices down to the option strike price. I find it annoying because it drags out until the options expire. Just another of the reasons I prefer a CR, but it is close thing CR vs Options each has advantages.
whole market down today for me so maybe that is having some impact too.
