I haven't heard of AVL hitting their 99.5% vanadium target as yet, buy I know for a fact that the last report I read from AVL was that they were at least 1-2minths behind KRC and both are approaching the vanadium with different processes which will then point to which one is the better out of the two. I believe (IMO) that KRC is far better.
