Oh dear .... given previous history, I could see this coming but didn't think it would be so quick and then back dated as well - we are still an exploration company and now our two top directors are earning in excess of $600k pa between them plus extras including the granting of millions of options - I guess the two of them can do whatever they like going forward since there is only one other director who would be out voted on these type of issues every time ......
Disappointing.
