Just a question for those of you with more knowlege/experience.the fact that all these good announcements related to getting all the ducks in a row for contracts is not being reflected in the SP,does that mean future spikes due to revenue generating contracts haven't been factored in and should stay buoyant?...what kind of deal/news do you think is required to justify a stable $4 SP?
