well ........ at least now we might get some news ....... news releases have been few and far between under this guys watch.
Personally I see it as a positive .... news was largely absent under his governance and as his departure news release was " ..... I am moving to pursue other commercial opportunities more aligned with my interests ....." tends to imply he wasn't really that into the company or the sector in general. Seems a bit half hearted really, and a half hearted leader for a start-up company is not a great thing. It also take courage for a board to oust a badly fitting CEO (for fear of market reaction) so another positive ...... Jeff has done the role before and being closer to the tech will most likely re-inject some passion.
Let's see what happens next. If the news floodgates open and there are a lot of releases on progress/status etc then ..... good riddance and Viva la Jeff.
So ..... quietly optimistic......
