All TA I guess. Building chart pattern on low volume to scare holders, and accumulate big volume later.
Watch the trade and you see how they put up like 20K sell units, encouraging buyers to remove their orders, and without any actual sell taking place it drives the price down. In the process, they collect few cheap shares from scared holders, and repeat this few cents lower.
