Yes, charts are mostly game IMO, especially on low volume. They are formed to encourage investors/traders to either buy or sell when suites the bigger players. Good buying opportunity. But depends on the buy volume. IMO If wanting to buy a smaller parcel, one perhaps can wait for the support or reversal (i.e. big boys signal that they collected enough). If wanting more, one may buy "on" the way down, and sell "on" the way up, just like what big players do. So, the definition of buying opportunity is different for everyone.
