This is all very warm & fuzzy but can the TTT Board please explain why they need the assistance of Deloittes to conduct & launch a Strategic plan on their own TFK technologies?
Is that not the role of a Board in any Company? To think & act strategically? Why the need for an outside source for assistance?
Can the TTT Board please explain how much this review will Cost in Q2? Bear in mind the Company only generated $4k worth of revenue for Q1, 2020/21.
