Sometimes you need a bit of maturity to NOT BUY. You could be buying in now from 40cents and down. But your probably one of those stuck at $1-80..with no more cash.... The 1st rule is not to buy in where there is plenty of room for the stock to drop. In this case there were no contracts, just promises, hope. There had not been sufficient time to prove the technology with customers - to check the interest. The previous management were more into research and didnt have a capacity to "do business". Some people have what it takes and some dont. You have to be hardnosed, and understand your product and know when your wasting your time with "interested people" who are quite willing to satisfy their curiosity at your expense. Herbert is not that sort of bloke. Jeff probably was.
