'Nèos International Limited and Titomic Limited (ASX:TTT) have entered into a joint venture to manufacture and sell Invar 36 Faceplates and multi-metal product solutions in the United Kingdom for the Aerospace, Space, Defence, Automotive and Nuclear industries.

The products will be manufactured using Titomic’s Kinetic Fusion Technology, and Nèos’ specialist engineering and tooling expertise.

The Nèos Titomic Limited joint venture will enhance the rapid delivery of Invar and Nickel Shell Tooling and related products to the Aerospace, Space and other key sectors, further assisting with the acceleration of next-generation advanced carbon fibre composite technologies.

Nèos Titomic Limited can provide a range of additive manufacturing systems, from turnkey solutions at one cubic meter to the world’s largest bespoke, purpose built system and automated production lines.

Titomic Kinetic Fusion® is based on the deposition of metal powders at supersonic speeds to create industrial scale parts and complex surface coatings.

Metal is not melted, no oxidation/thermal distortion and can manufacture near net shapes.

Materials that can be fused together include metals and polymers to form composites.

Multi metal or mixed metal options – Invar, Titanium, Nickel, Inconel, Copper, Aluminium, Stainless Steel and many more.
