Once the 15 day VWAP is over $0.03 the directors get 90 million share rights and options as approved at the AGM. There are 950 millions shares on issue so this is 10% extra shares, does anyone know what effect this usually has on the price? How do you look up the 15 day VWAP? The same allocation kicks in at $0.05 too.
