Thanks for disseminating this. I wasn’t clear on the timeline. I wish this had been set up differently… Especially a different strike period. If they start filing immediately to sell.., not a good look and vote of confidence if they acquire and sell immediately. They do have that right with these correct? To acquire and sell immediately when the strike price is triggered? Let’s not put the cart before the horse though.. We shall see what we shall see.
