Good lord you are exactly right.. I never received the full proxy due to a snafu with my brokerage house.. Thanks for this.. I am a bit more at east with this revelation. It is the insiders who have an incentive to buy at the moment given the swing in meaningful press releases which seem to be giving the company a better footing going forward.
I would as was stated by a couple folks, like to see the meat and potatoes behind these MOU's so as to show they have teeth..
