I cannot believe how contributors expect new clients and big deals every other month. The JV deals will be ongoing and they are extremely hard to arrange and set up. Each one is equivalent to setting up a new business partner and sharing the profits. There is no understanding of the time and effort that will be going into sealing these deals.
