As a materials engineer - my concern with fatigue would be microvoids in a spray sintered object acting as stress raisers, as well as differential expansion due to widely differing Young's modulii in a mixed material powder. The S/N curve is needed, but I'm comfortable that this has already been well and truly considered and designed for in the mix.
