Sceptic in me thinks these announcements (which are so light on in detail) are all about getting news flow into a capital raise. Given the company has alienated the stockbroking community and in the absence of material revenue, I think a 15% discount is reasonable to assume, for which I have attached a matrix below to imply the CR price, and most likely where it trades at post raise. I see a wall of selling at $0.80 where management last suckered investors in at (me included), so even if this does rally, it will be brought back to earth by the need for cash to satisfy the grand ambitions of management (and pay packets of underperforming demoted employees).
