This raises another issue - The time it takes to supply the machines when purchased and the apparent lack of demand for them.
there appears to be a lot of technical things to learn in using the machines,
hence the Joint Venture model. Manufacturers appear to want significant assistance per the vibes I’ve got from Herbert. It’s probably why they are not selling off the shelf.
