I heard him say 20m dollars of revenue opportunities - but he may have said 20b.
Either way, a "revenue opportunity" is not a contract. It's a lot of work to turn opportunities into contracts.
The simple point he's making is that we know where the money is to be made, we are working on it and are on track to achieve financial goals. Don't read any more into it than that. Perfectly reasonable message for an enthusiastic and hard working CEO to be putting out there.
