So my take on the video snippet is that he's frustrated at the extent to which he's had to dilute his own shareholdings with the previous raise given the relatively low market cap (compared to those in the US) for a company that has $20B+ worth of projects under evaluation/execution. Yes the revenue from these projects would be staggered over a number of years if successful but given the magnitude of the potential of these (at a reasonable conversion rate), let alone the others they will no doubt add to the project pipeline, it's not that much of a stretch for him to say $1B p.a. revenue is achievable assuming he's talking about a ~5yr timeframe.

The valuable part about the $20B+ info is that it provides a more meaningful and concise insight into the list of projects detailed in the recent investor presentation, as well as the company's potential.
