Yeh it is a little strange. Looks like we're left without knowing the full story.

I find this a little cryptic. The delay being the time TAUV thinks Titomic needs to develop and establish the tech? So how does that makes sense if the products passed validation? Or is it a case of products taking longer to produce than what TAUV expects.
At least the statement about international interest sounds promising.
