Maybe TAUV expected widespread exclusive rights over the Titomic Kinetic Fusion process on the basis it was used on TAUV products, & Jeff Lang appropriately showed TAUV the exit door. There's a sentence in the TTT announcement that seems to clear-up any Agreement misunderstanding TAUV might have had about 'future' exclusivity....
"Following completion of the Phase 2 Agreement, exclusivity with TAUV Pty Ltd concludes."
In the context of the Phase 2 completion commentary released on 20/06/19 (weblink below), I think the above sentence has been thoughtfully included in the announcement today.
