Unless India have large deposits of the right material it means nothing. The patent is around use of the technology, not the components. So it all comes down to who puts the processor near to a pile of the right rocks. Can't see groups (profitably) shipping ore to India to be processed.

A key question we have as shareholders, is how to exploit the patent while it is still active (the clock is ticking). Just use the process ourselves (the payoff is in maximising the output from our pile of rocks, but only when we have the money to dig them up, built a plant etc) or license to others who also have a pile of the right rocks (and perhaps deeper pockets to hurry up with the building bit). Maybe a bit of both to optimise short and medium term cashflow? Once the patent is published (and often before) competitors know the details and possibilities.
