I can answer this. Grant is personally one of our major shareholders. That's your answer. We lose, he loses. That wasn't true before. And to the best of my knowledge, it's not true of a great many companies on the ASX.

If you're looking for a more personal perspective: I myself see in Grant a man in the midway point of a widely varied, celebrated, and illustrious career looking to do his 'big thing'. He's morally motivated, highly enterprising, intelligent, and well-liked in diverse circles. And most importantly, in my opinion (being a writer myself), he is an effective communicator. He is a 'human' communicator.

Winners are winners and losers are losers. The part no one ever seems to mention is: the winners are those who want *everyone* to win—those who *need* everyone to win. Grant, from what I can tell, is this.
