    Hi Rock,

    Not sure about the 14.117mil x 8.5c buy back amount, but here's a 'wild thought' ...... could SBC be selling their collateral shares on market and then pay back TVN at 8.5c ?

    Yeah, I know that this sounds a pretty crazy theory ..... but it's a very easy 'profitable' way to execute their contractual obligations?

    The actual daily trading spread in TVN at the moment is quite bizarre!
