Don't think that is what the KRR announcement re remaining $5m Speewah payment stated. The statement indicated a formula approach to work out how much of the proceeds from any TVN capital raise conducted in Q1 and also from Q2 would need to be forwarded to KRR in lieu of the remaining $5m payment.
The announcement does not compel Tivan to raise capital in Q1 and/or Q2. GW will raise capital as required. With all that said, based on last reported cash levels and cash burn rate, one would think a capital raise will need to happen at some point in the coming months.
