Good future for TVN, I think, but patience required. In the medium term, the difficult bit will be finance to keep the lights on for a few years (until there is some revenue from Flourine) without too much dilution. Hopefully the SP can lift a bit before the next raise but chicken and egg stuff. Probably investors will want to see a good PFS for Flourine with decent revenue and a fundable capital cost before the share price will lift.
Share Price is also understandably being held back by the near certainly of a series of capital raises over the next few years. And too early in the project to sign up a cornerstone partner.
