Appreciate you sharing with the wider audience. That’s helpful and hopefully the PFS also establishes a larger deposit of high grade F which means either longer life of mine or earlier stage ramp up of production subject to capex / opex considerations.
Even with capex I expect being at the higher end, commodity prices holding and perhaps increasing given depletion rates plus a discount rate that arguably should be helped by forward looking interest rate curve decreasing - should hopefully mean a pretty compelling PFS and based on your numbers alone an IRR which in mining terms should be exceptional. I have a long shot view on IRR but will keep my powder dry.
