I seriously doubt this.
Looking at the $2.5M due to KRR on 16th Feb and the size of our raising it looks like this raise was done to complete this deal.
With the potential strategic investors looking at coming on board next year it appears that this raise was kept to a minimum with a view to future raises being done post release of future news flow and potentially to a strategic investor.
