Interested in this line of discussion, that is why such a tiny cap raise? Not going to last long/what’s the point?
On the surface of it, some possible reasons:
1) (Positive) Grant’s got something on the boil involving more funding and this $2 million is buying a little more time to get it done. Large overseas industry partner or Govt money?
2) (Positive) There’s some good news around the corner and Grant’s waiting for that to be announced before launching a larger CR at a higher price
3) (Positive) Some of the institutions Grant has been talking to offered to stump up some cash and Grant thought why not
4) (Negative) that’s all the funds Grant could get his hands on atm. Wasn’t game to run a retail offer as that would involve a deep discount to get it away.
5) (Neutral) Grant’s happy to do a series of just in time small CRs going forward.

Not sure what theory I subscribe to just yet. Not Grant’s first rodeo in term of financing so happy to back
his judgment.

As a side question, do we/how do we know who these institutional investors that stumped up the $2m are?
