No papers for us to sign - the $2m is being placed to institutional investors, while all SH's based on the record date of 14 Dec will receive the bonus options at the rate of 1 option for every 25 shares owned (with no need to apply/sign).

Having said that, if you do have spare cash and want more shares then you would have to buy on market, and if you wanted those shares to be eleigibile for the bonus options calculation, then you would need to make your purchase by 12 Dec so you are the registered holder of those new shares by the 14th Dec.
