As I said in February should of raised $10M + cleared KRR debt at time could rasied 6.5 cents. No doubt market for CR up coming mining companies in general has deteriorate and TVN will need cut back on cash burn rate each quarter. Remember next year in February they need TVN shares at 10 cents otherwise will need issue more shares to KRR to make up difference. In hindsight should of cleared debt when fell due in February wouldn't need to renegotiate KRR.
