Have a look at the 8/8/2024 announcement.
in short GW has an incentive to have the SP volume weighted average between Jan 1 and 31 2025 at 10 cents or above. If so he gets 25M performance rights.
This is really important, as pointed out above if the SP is not at 10 cents or above we will need to issue a bigger amount of shares to KRR.
I'm putting my money where my mouth is with this rights issue and are backing GW. With what's in the pipeline and his incentive this is a no brainer
