I have zero doubt that we'll get this and the shares will be in the money very soon. I fact with the likely value of the free attached 12 cent options, they probably already are in the money.
I believe that Grant really values and respects the retail support that he has and wouldn't put this offer out there was not a VERY high chance that the retail SH's would be rewarded.
