Hank. Of course the JV structure will play a big role. At this point in time, it is 100% TVN owned. TVN will sell a piece of the prize to Sumitomo and so TVN is not giving this away for free. Granted (no pun intended) the amount received by Sumitomo and the portion of the project given to Sumitomo in exchange for this amount will be key factors. Once the JV is locked away, the project is "de-risked" and it's game on!
