Just my opinion and absolutely no disrespect to any mining...

Just my opinion and absolutely no disrespect to any mining engineers or geologists/metallurgist CEO/Exec but an Exec who has financial expertise/experience is more valuable. The deposit is what it is, a decent geo should be able to map it out. what makes or breaks junior companies is the funding and how they can get it as they approach or start to plan for mining and production. it what devalues companies as when they finally get to production they have bad debt they struggle to service or massive dilution which absolutely dilutes earning. (that and overly optimistic price/cost predictions) I never owned TNG, but bought recently and bought fairly big (for me anyway!) based on the strength of the Board( GW, guy and AR with Maria on tech advisory board), possibly early cashflow from fluorite, and I'm a big believer in Vanadium flow batts.
