    More than happy for more time to top up. If you like the fundamentals of this, then fluctuations between now and DFS or Financing shouldn't bother you.
    The other thing about materials prices is whether financiers will come on board while they are low, and/or whether it will affect the terms.
    Pretty sure the likes of Woojin and Hyundai would be more interested in securing a 20 year asset than current material prices but you never know.
