Agree we've seen a lot of pointless MOUs in the past from prior management.

But lets give GW the benefit of the doubt shall we?

The difference here is this is a legitimate power source. And multiple legitimate options are being explored (Hydro Power versus any other options Horizon Power may be able to present as the regional power supplier for WA).

I think most of your resentment is based on past management dishing up MOUs which centered around needing to invent something new (Vanadium based industrial scale batteries) just to switch the lights on at Mt Peake. Real pie in the sky type stuff.

It may not have needed to be an announcement - but the increased comms is great and appreciated. I see this as another tick that progress is being made behind the scenes and in the right direction (and more importantly in a logical and realistic/feasible direction).
