    Hawk70 - ASX has final say on which announcements are market sensitive. The listed company can provide an indication but we do not know what indication TVN provided the ASX. It is market sensitive if it is likely to entice/influence investors (not necessarily you or me) to buy or sell the stock - I would say with today's higher than average volume this is a market sensitive announcement?
