As I said before problem here is cash burn rate is to high due to board and consultants company has to pay that why you get CR every quarter. Big issue is new deal negotiated February with KRR where floor price of shares need to be 10 cents for TVN shares otherwise TVN will have to issue more share to make up difference. As I said at time it was better to rasie $10M pay KRR $5M it was owed for Speewah asset give TVN full ownership didn't have renegotiate originally deal.
