fantazzyd, this capital raise has been done in an environment where capital markets are virtually non-existent. TVN has done the right thing here to shore up the balance sheet by retiring debt and providing the capital to continue with the delivery of our projects.
KRR additional share issuance will hopefully not play out, because we have a PFS and subsequent JV that will see the shareprice be over 10 cents by year's end (all going to plan of course).
Let's see how others in the sector, especially the juniors, will raise capital in this environment. The recent past has proven this to be a very difficult task and from what I have heard from those very close to these markets, the current environment is much, much tougher.
